Daily Habits

  1. Eat whole foods
  2. Eat plenty of meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds
  3. Do not eat any processed foods
  4. Do not eat after 7PM
  5. Enter Weight
  6. Take Photo
  7. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep
  8. Drink two quarts of water
  9. Exercise for 20 to 30 minutes
  10. Spend 15 minutes with God. 5-5-5, Worship/Word/Prayer (ideally first thing in the monring)
