The Dad Bod Challenge

Enough is enough. Time to get the dad bod under control and transform that two liter belly into at least a 4-pack! Stop eating junk food and start moving. In thirty days you'll look and feel more like a man and less like a cream puff.
Daily Habits
- Eat whole foods
- Eat plenty of meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds
- Do not eat any processed foods
- Do not eat after 7PM
- Enter Weight
- Take Photo
- Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep
- Drink two quarts of water
- Exercise for 20 to 30 minutes
- Spend 15 minutes with God. 5-5-5, Worship/Word/Prayer (ideally first thing in the monring)
- Pray for the other participants in this challenge
