Whole30 Challenge

The Whole30 Program, created by Melissa and Dallas Hartwig emphasizes eating meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds. Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re totally natural and unprocessed.

Daily Habits

  1. Eat real food
  2. Do not eat sugar -- real or artificial
  3. Do not eat grains
  4. Do not eat beans or peanuts
  5. Do not eat dairy
  6. Do not consume carrageenan, MSG or sulfites.
  7. No alcohol -- even for cooking
  8. No recreating junk food or treats with approved ingredients
  9. No stepping on the scale
  10. Eat lots of meat, fruits and vegetables
