Name: Cajun "Fried" Shrimp

Directions: 1. Put your arrowroot (or other Paleo-friendly flour) and Cajun seasoning in one container and crack an egg in another. 2. Melt two tablespoons of ghee in a skillet. 3. Take your thawed and de-vained shrimp and dredge it through the egg before coating it thoroughly in the flour/Cajun mixture. 4. Add the shrimp to the hot skillet, flipping with tongs until the shrimp is cooked through. 5. Move the shrimp to a plate, let cool and serve.
