Name: Caulimash

Directions: 1. Cut cauliflower into equal size florets and place them in a small pot of boiled water. Boil for five to ten minutes or until the florets are soft. Drain the water. 2. Your next step depends on how fine you want your caulimash to be. Think of it in relation to mashed pototoes -- if you love super smooth and creamy caulimash, I would advise putting it in a food processor and giving it a few pulses. If you like a little more chunk, use a fork to smash the cauliflower by hand. 3. Add salt, pepper and coconut milk to taste. More milk will make a creamier and thinner mash, whereas less will make a thicker mash.
