Name: Chunky Avocado Salsa
Directions: This is super simple. 1. Simply dice up some tomato, sweet onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. 2. Halve a couple avocados, remove the seeds and dice. 3. Squeeze the juice of one lime onto the vegetables, add some sea salt, and gently mix Note: You don’t really want a mash here… just a chunky “salsa”.
