Name: Cowboy Burgers
Directions: 1. Cook your bacon either in the microwave or on the stovetop. Drain (save the grease to use as a yummy fat for a later dish!) and set the bacon to the side. 2. Once the bacon has cooled, crumble it using your hands or kitchen shears. 3. In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, chopped garlic, bacon, a chopped and seeded jalapeƱo and seasonings with your hands. 3. Using your hands, create burger patties and place them in the skillet. 4. Cover the skillet and cook for 15 minutes or until the burgers have reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
