Name: Easy Cod Bake
Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease your casserole dish using ghee or olive oil. 2. Take a large cod filet and rinse it thoroughly. Pat it dry and set it inside the casserole dish. 3. Chop up one large onion into large chunks and place them in the casserole dish. 4. Peel and chop three carrots and place them in the casserole dish. 5. Squeeze two limes over the mixture. Then, spread two tablespoons of ghee over the mixture. Sprinkle the paprika over the top before placing in the oven. 6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked all the way through.
