Name: Egg and Almond Stuffed Peppers

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. 2. Cut the heads off the peppers and clean them out. 3. In a small skillet, scramble eggs with salt, pepper and grated almonds or slivered almonds. 4. Once the egg mixture has cooked, add it to the peppers. 5. Place the peppers in the oven and allow them to cook for ten minutes before serving.
