Name: Flank Steak Stir Fry

Directions: Pre-prep - Finely chop the onion, green pepper and jalapenos (remove seeds for less spice) - Finely chop broccoli - Finely chop cilantro - Finely slice flank steak 1) Heat a large skillet over medium/high heat and add the 1 tablespoon of ghee 2) Add the onion and peppers and saute for about 5 minutes 3) Remove vegetables from pan and turn up heat 4) In a hot pan, stir fry the sliced flank steak until it is cooked through. 5) Add broccoli to the pan and cover allow broccoli to cook for 5 to 7 minutes 6) Return onions and peppers to the pan and make sure everything is warm. 7) Salt entire dish to taste and sprinkle cilantro over the pan. Enjoy!
