Name: Simple Asian Stir Fry
Directions: 1. Combine broccoli, carrots, beef stew meat, onion, garlic and coconut aminos in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Avoid overcooking so your meat won't be rubbery. 2. Rice your cauliflower. Bring a small pot of water to a boil and cook the caulirice in the pot for five to ten minutes or until it's soft. 3. Serve the stir fry over a bed of rice.
